    Applicants who have attended an Ontario university must use the online transcript request. Transcripts sent directly from the registrar’s office will not be used. Certain exceptions apply. Please read the instruction booklet for full details.

I have decided to attend a university outside of Ontario next year. How do I cancel my acceptance to an Ontario university?

If you have already accepted an offer at an Ontario university, and have decided not to attend that institution, please log in to your online application using your access information to cancel your previously accepted offer of admission. If you choose to cancel your offer by written notification, it must be signed by you and must include your full name and OUAC Reference Number. The OUAC will notify the university of your decision to cancel your acceptance.
