Common Questions

I indicated cheque/money order as my method of payment. I want to pay by credit card now. How can I do this?

Log in to your online application. You will need your six-digit OUAC Reference Number and PIN/password. Once you enter the information, a payment screen will appear that indicates the amount owing along with additional fields to submit your credit card information. Once your credit card has been successfully submitted, you can access your online application after one business day.

Note: If your credit card is declined five times, you may no longer use the credit card option to pay your application fees. If you wish to submit changes that require additional fees via this online system, you must contact the OUAC at:
