  • Ontario University Transcripts

    Applicants who have attended an Ontario university must use the online transcript request. Transcripts sent directly from the registrar’s office will not be used. Certain exceptions apply. Please read the instruction booklet for full details.

Common Questions

I have forgotten my login information. What can I do?

If you have misplaced/forgotten your User ID, you will need to start a new application. The OUAC cannot provide applicants with their User IDs. When you create a second account, you will receive a warning regarding a duplicate email. This can be ignored, as it is just a warning. Please be sure to record your User ID and password, and keep it in a safe place.

If you have forgotten your password, you must use the challenge question and answer to change it. The OUAC cannot provide password information.
