Common Questions

I have forgotten my login information. What can I do?

If you have misplaced/forgotten your user ID, you will need to start a new application. The OUAC cannot provide applicants with their user IDs. When you create a second account, you will receive a warning regarding a duplicate email. This can be ignored, as it is just a warning. Please record your user ID and password, and keep it in a safe place.

If you have forgotten your password, you can use the challenge question and answer to change it, or request a password reset. The OUAC cannot provide login information.
