Common Questions

I am now taking courses at two different schools. How will my grades be sent to the universities?

If you are taking courses at more than one school, the school that submits your application to the OUAC will be designated as your “home” school.

Make sure your home school has an up-to-date record of all courses you have completed or are currently completing through any other school or study medium (such as night school, correspondence or summer school). The OUAC normally expects that your home school will send all academic data to us on your behalf. We cannot guarantee that academic data sent from any other school will be matched to your application file.

If your home school will not be providing the OUAC with these marks, please instruct the other school, where the courses were taken, to send an official document to the OUAC indicating the course code, credit value, completion date and mark achieved. You must provide the school with your OUAC Reference Number and ensure that it is included on the official document.
