How do I cancel my application?

If you wish to cancel your application, you may log in to your account and delete all your choices. Alternatively, you can mail or fax a signed and dated request to the OUAC indicating that you wish to cancel your application. Please indicate your OUAC Reference Number on the request. Remember that all processing fees are non-refundable.
