  • Ontario University Transcripts

    Applicants who have attended an Ontario university must use the online transcript request. Transcripts sent directly from the registrar’s office will not be used. Certain exceptions apply. Please read the instruction booklet for full details.

How many universities and programs can I choose to apply to on my application?

Applicants may apply to as many Ontario universities/programs as they wish; however, they are limited to a maximum of three program choices at any one university (including affiliates).

Some universities may further limit the number of programs to which you may apply. Make sure that you carefully read the details and instructions offered by each institution. Consult the individual university information sections or contact the universities directly for more information.
