  • Ontario University Transcripts

    Applicants who have attended an Ontario university must use the online transcript request. Transcripts sent directly from the registrar’s office will not be used. Certain exceptions apply. Please read the instruction booklet for full details.

Common Questions

I just received an offer from a university and they requested that I log in to my online application to accept the offer. I have lost my PIN/password and my secondary school is closed for the summer. Can you send me my original PIN by email?

The OUAC cannot use email to provide this access information, as email is not a secure method of communication. You must first mail or fax in the request for your PIN information, along with your OUAC Reference Number and current mailing address. The request must be signed and dated. The OUAC will then send your original PIN to you by mail.
