Common Questions

I want to make additions to my application online but I do not want to pay by credit card. What can I do?

The changes you want to make may not require any additional fees. You can log in to your online application to make your changes. If no fee is required, you will receive a confirmation number, along with a summary of all changes/responses made within that session, when you have submitted the changes successfully.

If a fee is required, a payment screen will appear. If you do not want to pay by credit card, you must print and complete the amendment form (101 Program Choice Amendment Form or 105 Program Choice Amendment Form) and send it to the OUAC along with the applicable fees. None of the changes will be saved to your application when you log out if you elect to pay by cheque or money order. Once the OUAC has received your amendment form and payment (if applicable), it will manually process the changes. You will then be able to view your changes using the online application.

If you are making arrangements to pay any applicable fees by internet or telephone banking, you will need to access your online application and make any changes to your application after the payment has been received and processed at the OUAC.
