Common Questions

I am in the process of completing my application and I noticed that none of my grades are displayed under “Academic Information”. Should I still complete and submit my application?

Yes, you should go ahead and submit your application. Your secondary school has created a PIN for you to receive your access information, allowing you to apply online, but has not yet added any academic data. You should contact your guidance counsellor once your application has been submitted and processed by the OUAC (usually within one business day). The authorized school official may then log in to Counsellors’ Online Services and add all of your previously completed and current courses.
