Common Questions

I completed a paper application and I have recently received an offer from one of my university choices. They instructed me to log in to my online application to accept the offer. In order to log in to my online application, I need my OUAC Reference Number and PIN/password. How can I obtain these?

When your application was processed by the OUAC, an Acknowledgement/Amendment Form was mailed to the mailing address you provided on your application. Your OUAC Reference Number and PIN/password are provided on this Acknowledgement/Amendment Form. If you are unable to locate the form, please contact your secondary school guidance counsellor for this information. Alternatively, a new Acknowledgement/Amendment Form can be re-issued by the OUAC upon request.
