    Applicants who have attended an Ontario university must use the online transcript request. Transcripts sent directly from the registrar’s office will not be used. Certain exceptions apply. Please read the instruction booklet for full details.

I am trying to log in to my application but it is asking me for my OUAC Reference Number. What is my OUAC Reference Number?

For current Ontario secondary school students: Your OUAC Reference Number was given to you when you submitted the online application. If you have not submitted your application, you must use your access login information provided to you by your guidance counsellor.

For all other undergraduate applicants: Your OUAC Reference Number was given to you when you submitted the online application. If you have not submitted your application, you must use the ID number that you were given when you created your online account. The number begins with “IT” and the remainder of the digits are numeric.
