  • Ontario University Transcripts

    Applicants who have attended an Ontario university must use the online transcript request. Transcripts sent directly from the registrar’s office will not be used. Certain exceptions apply. Please read the instruction booklet for full details.

Common Questions

I do not know the answer to my challenge question. What can I do?

The OUAC cannot provide the answer to your challenge question by email or telephone.

You will need to fax to the OUAC a signed and dated request with your name, OUAC Reference Number, full mailing address and date of birth. If the mailing address on file is different than your current mailing address, you must indicate both the current and previous addresses in your request so that we can update your file before mailing you your access information. We will then send the access information through the mail to the new address you have provided.
