Applicants are responsible for ensuring that their summer school marks are sent to the OUAC upon completion of the course(s) they are taking. Applicants should also contact the universities to which they have applied informing them that an official final document has been submitted to the OUAC for input. Universities may also request that photocopies be sent to them directly.
When the universities receive these final grades, they will determine whether the applicant’s final standing meets their conditions of the offer of admission given earlier.
