Methods of Payment
Payment is part of the final “Submit” process and is accepted by:
- Credit card (MasterCard, VISA or American Express)
- Online banking through selected Canadian banks and credit unions. All payments must be made in Canadian funds.
- Western Union Business Solutions – GlobalPay for Students (bank-to-bank transfer for international payments only). Applicants can pay the Canadian dollar fees in the currency of their choice.
All payments must be in Canadian funds.

Explanation of Fee Structure
The total fee payable to the OUAC consists of four components:
1. The Application Service Fee: $135
The application service fee of $135 is required of all applicants. This fee entitles applicants to three choices of faculties of education or programs.
2. The Transcript Request Fee: $12
Applicants who are requesting transcripts from an Ontario university or college using the TEAS Transcript Request Form (TRF) must submit the form along with the appropriate fees. Fees are $12 per transcript, with some exceptions. For details, see the TEAS TRF.
3. The Additional Choices Fee: $44/choice
Applicants who are requesting more than three choices of university or program will need to include the amount of $44 for each additional selection made.
4. Supplementary Fees
In addition to the application service fee, each faculty of education charges a supplementary/faculty service fee payable to the OUAC at the time of application and to be included in the same payment. This fee assists the faculties of education in covering some of the costs of evaluating admission applications. These fees will be forwarded to the faculties of education by TEAS. The supplementary fee is required only once for each faculty of education to which applicants apply, even if they select more than one program at that faculty.
In addition to the application and supplementary fees payable to the OUAC, each university may require additional fees during the application process. Applicants should contact each university for details.

All fees are non-refundable. Applications will not be forwarded to the universities until full payment has been received by the OUAC. Fees for withdrawn university choices are not refunded.
All payments for applications must be received by TEAS no later than December 9, 2013.
