Where can I find the supplementary forms required by the Faculties of Education?

Supplementary forms can be downloaded from the TEAS website. You will need Adobe Reader in order to download and print the PDFs. Include your OUAC Reference Number and send all completed forms directly to the appropriate Faculties of Education by the appropriate deadlines.

Where do I complete the personal statements/submissions for the law schools?

Once you have selected your law school choices, you can click “School Submissions” and then the specific university to complete your submission. The school submissions for Osgoode and Windsor do not have an essay format, you are required to answer specific questions instead.

Why does the “Value” and “Avg” show zero?
