Supplementary forms can be downloaded from the TEAS website. You will need Adobe Reader in order to download and print the PDFs. Include your OUAC Reference Number and send all completed forms directly to the appropriate Faculties of Education by the appropriate deadlines.
Once you have selected your law school choices, you can click “School Submissions” and then the specific university to complete your submission. The school submissions for Osgoode and Windsor do not have an essay format, you are required to answer specific questions instead.
Transcripts that need to be reviewed by OMSAS to determine the correct GPA scale, will show zeros for the value and average. In these cases, OMSAS will issue a Verification of Application Data online, outlining the calculated GPA.
