I tried to create a new account, but I received an error message referring to a duplicate email. What should I do?

If you have already submitted your application and are trying to make changes, do not create a second account. You must log in to your submitted application to make changes.

If you have misplaced/forgotten your username, select “Recover your username” on the Log In page.

You will be prompted to enter your date of birth and email address and your username will then be emailed to you.
