Ontario’s universities have agreed to accept transcripts from the following BC universities and colleges (BC PSIs) electronically via the OUAC’s eTranscripts process:
- Douglas College: Refer to the “Can you send a secure electronic copy of my transcript to another institution?” section.
- Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU): Refer to the “Ordering Transcripts for Ontario Universities” section.
The BC PSIs will not automatically send your transcripts to Ontario universities. If you currently attend, have attended or have withdrawn from 1 or more BC PSIs, you must contact their registrar’s office to submit your transcript(s) as follows:
Undergraduate and Teacher Education (TEAS) Applicants
Ask your BC PSI(s) to send your transcripts to each of your Ontario university choices.
The OUAC will receive your transcripts electronically from these institutions, match to your submitted application and re-route them to each Ontario university specified.
Medical School (OMSAS), Law School (OLSAS) and Rehabilitation Sciences Programs (ORPAS) Applicants
Ask your BC PSI(s) to send your transcripts to OMSAS, OLSAS or ORPAS, accordingly.
