Here is how to prepare and submit your application by the applicable deadline.
Step 2: Create your account (if applicable)
- Create an OUAC account if you do not already have one.
- Record your username and password and keep them in a safe place. You will need them to access your application in the future. Keep this information confidential and secure.
Step 3: Complete your application (+ prepare transcripts and referees, if applicable)
Complete all sections of the application.
- Read the transcript instructions carefully, as some types of transcripts must be ordered within your application, while others you will need to order directly from your institution.
- Ensure you give your referees enough time to complete their reference and submit it by the appropriate deadline.
Step 4: Review and pay for your application
- Review your program selections and the other information you provided before clicking “I Verify and Agree”.
- Submit your application, with payment, well before the application deadline and any university program-specific deadlines.
- If you live in a sanctioned country, review Flywire’s AML Compliance information before you complete and attempt to pay for your application.
- Flywire cannot process payments from Belarus, Cuba, Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR), Iran, Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR), North Korea, Republic of Sudan, Russia, Syria and the Ukrainian territories of Crimea. If you reside in one of these regions, please contact the OUAC for alternative payment methods.
- If you live in a sanctioned country, review Flywire’s AML Compliance information before you complete and attempt to pay for your application.
- Record your OUAC Reference Number and keep it in a safe place. You must refer to this number whenever you contact the OUAC and your university choices.
