  • Ontario University Transcripts

    Applicants who have attended an Ontario university must use the online transcript request. Transcripts sent directly from the registrar’s office will not be used. Certain exceptions apply. Please read the instruction booklet for full details.

Common Questions

I want to apply to an entry point other than fall but only a fall entry is listed. What should I do?

The universities have supplied the OUAC with the entry points available for each program. You will need to contact them directly to determine whether they offer entry points other than the one(s) listed.

If they offer other entry points, they will either indicate to you that they will change your file once they have received your application information or they will contact the OUAC to have their information changed to include the other entry points.
