- We do not accept partial payments.
- We do not refund fees for withdrawn university choices.
Fees
All fees are in Canadian funds.
Application Fee
ORPAS Fee: $190
University Fees
The university fee is $100 if you apply to only 1 program per university, and $200 if you apply to 2 or more programs per university.
Exception: The University of Toronto charges a $100 university fee, regardless of the number of programs selected.
We collect these fees and remit them to the universities to cover a portion of the costs associated with the admission assessment. These fees are payable to the OUAC.
Transcript Request Fees
If you request transcripts from an Ontario university or college using an ORPAS online transcript request, you must submit your application with the appropriate fees.
Payment
You must pay in full by the application deadline. Payment is part of the final Review and Submit process.
Flywire (Canadian and international payments)
You can use Flywire to make payments from within and outside of Canada.
To pay:
- Access Flywire’s secure third-party portal in your OUAC application, under Review and Submit.
- Select the country you are paying from.
- Pick your preferred currency and method of payment.
- Enter your payer details and click “Pay”.
- Click “Return to the OUAC” to return to your application.
Notes:
- Fraudulent use of credit or debit cards or demanding or obtaining unauthorized application fee reimbursement is considered unethical.
- Your payment will appear on your credit card statement as: FLYWIRE*OUAC*TransferReferenceNumber*.

- If you live in a sanctioned country, review Flywire’s AML Compliance information before you complete and attempt to pay for your application.
- Flywire cannot process payments from Belarus, Cuba, Donetsk People’s Republic (DNR), Iran, Luhansk People’s Republic (LNR), North Korea, Republic of Sudan, Russia, Syria and the Ukrainian territories of Crimea. If you reside in one of these regions, please contact the OUAC for alternative payment methods.
