To see whether we have received a document (e.g., transcripts, online references), log in to your application and select “Document Tracking” in the Application Links menu. There, you will see which documents were received in support of your application.
After we receive a mailed document, it may take 2-4 business days to process the document. Do not contact us to check whether unprocessed documents were received.
- Receipt of miscellaneous documents is not displayed in Document Tracking. If you are concerned about whether we received a miscellaneous document, send us a message via Secure Applicant Messaging (SAM).
- If you attended, are currently enrolled at or have withdrawn from an Ontario university or college, and requested your transcript through your application, you can track the status of the request in the Transcripts section of your application after you have submitted your application.
- A reference that is submitted via the secure online system will be marked as “Received” as soon as the referee has submitted it online.
