How can I find out which documents the OUAC received to support my application?
To see whether we have received a document (e.g., transcripts, online references), log in to your application and select “Document Tracking” in the Application Links menu. There, you will be able to see which documents have been received in support of your application.
After we receive a mailed document, it may take 2-4 business days to process the document. Do not contact us to check whether unprocessed documents have been received.
- Receipt of miscellaneous documents is not displayed in Document Tracking. If you are concerned about whether we received a miscellaneous document, send us a message via Secure Applicant Messaging (SAM).
- If you attended or are currently enrolled at an Ontario university or college, and requested your transcript through your application, you can track the status of the request in the Transcripts section of your application.
- A reference that is submitted via the secure online system will be marked as “Received” as soon as the referee has submitted it online.
