OUAC Social Media Terms of Use

The official Ontario Universities’ Information for Future Students social media accounts (Facebook, X, Instagram and TikTok) are maintained by the OUAC Communications and Events Department on behalf of the Ontario Universities’ Fair Steering Committee, the Ontario Universities’ Regional Fairs Working Group, the Ontario Universities’ Virtual Events Working Group and Ontario’s universities.

The Ontario Universities’ Information for Future Students social media accounts are included within “OUAC social media”.

The OUAC social media pages are meant to disseminate important information in a timely manner. On our pages, as at the OUAC, we welcome all questions and commentary, including constructive feedback; however, please respect other people’s views, beliefs and emotions, and try to keep conversations relevant.

We will respond to comments or questions in a timely manner.

Opinions expressed by other social media users do not necessarily reflect the OUAC’s or any other related committee’s opinions. While the majority of user comments will contribute to an active and engaging community, some may not. Therefore, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to remove and/or edit content on our pages that we deem inappropriate or off topic.

If you have additional questions or comments regarding the OUAC social media accounts, email us.
