Submitting Your Application

Complete all 4 steps in Review and Payment:

  1. Review Summary: Review your program choices and all other information you provided in your application. You must correct all errors before you submit your application. Pay attention to warnings.
    • Note: Warnings will not prevent you from submitting your application.
  2. Declaration: Read the Applicant’s Declaration before clicking “I Verify and Agree”.
  3. Payment: Pay for your application.
  4. Confirmation: Get your OUAC Reference Number, confirmation email and next steps.

Paying for Your Application

Consider your university choice(s) carefully. All fees are non-refundable. We will not forward your application to any universities until you submit full payment to the OUAC. We do not process partial payments.

Getting Your OUAC Reference Number

When you successfully submit your application, you will receive an OUAC Reference Number (2025-xxxxxx). Have this number handy whenever you contact the OUAC or your university choices.
