Refer to the application and the university's website for up-to-date program details.

The Ontario rehabilitation sciences programs are committed to the principles of equity, diversity and inclusion. To that end, they would like to learn more about their applicants to ensure that they are recruiting and selecting classes representative of the Canadian population and addressing barriers to an education in rehabilitation sciences.

To assist them in fulfilling these goals, the Ontario rehabilitation sciences programs are asking applicants to self-identify ethnicity or cultural origins, race, religion and/or spiritual affiliation, sexual orientation, generation status, disability and parental/guardian education and income.

This information will not be considered a part of your application file nor will it impact admission decisions. Your answers will be used only to inform the Ontario rehabilitation sciences programs on the makeup of the applicant pool and to help them begin to address any barriers that particular groups may face in accessing an education in rehabilitation sciences.

You may select the “Prefer not to answer” response option available for each question if you choose not to provide your diversity-based personal information. No program, service or benefit will be withheld should you choose not to provide your diversity-based personal information.
