My postsecondary institution cannot produce a hard-copy transcript at this time. What should I do?

For transcripts from Ontario universities/colleges, the process has not changed. You must request your transcript using the Transcript Request feature in your application. Your transcript will be sent electronically. Due to COVID-19, many non-Ontario or international institutions cannot produce a hard-copy transcript to be mailed to us. Therefore, we are accepting PDFs via email, as long as they are emailed to us directly from the registrar’s office…
