My institution uses the National Student Clearinghouse to send transcripts electronically. Are these considered official?
Yes. We work with the National Student Clearinghouse to accept and process official electronic transcripts.
If your university or college is in Ontario, you must request your transcript through your application, unless otherwise noted in the Exceptions for Online Transcript Requests, in which case you will need to use the National Student Clearinghouse system…
Error messages are problems within the online application that must be corrected. You will not be able to submit your application until these are corrected…
The following accents and characters are accepted…
We will send all transcripts to the universities, regardless of the date the transcripts arrive. It will be at the discretion of each university as to how they wish to proceed with late documents.
If you firmly accept an offer, you will be removed from the wait lists of all other choices on your application for the same discipline (audiology, physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech-language pathology). You will still, however, remain on the wait list for any other discipline.
What is the difference between a provisional and a firm acceptance for a rehabilitation sciences program?
A provisional acceptance means that you can indicate that you want your applications to other universities (within the same discipline) to remain active. However, if you accept an offer for 1 discipline and receive an offer for a second, you must choose between the 2. You cannot hold 2 acceptances (firm or provisional) at 1 time.
A firm acceptance means that you will be removed from the wait lists of all other choices (in the same discipline) on your application.
All provisional acceptances for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology programs automatically become firm on May 2, 2023.
All provisional acceptances to Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy programs automatically become firm on June 7, 2023.
The Volunteer Experience section is only for applications to Audiology or Speech-Language Pathology programs.
You can enter your volunteer experience in the Personal Submissions section of the application.
Visit Casper for more information about test dates and fees. The OUAC does not administer Casper…
Why was my exchange institution added? I did not add this institution since the credits appear on my home university transcript.
All postsecondary institutions you attended should be disclosed within your Academic Background and all transcripts must be provided from each institution.
